The multi-faceted and plotless show is inspired by Claude Arpel’s jewellery and pays homage to the three golden ages of dance – Romantic, classical and neo-classical ballet. Through the combination of classical scores by three of ballets most famous composers, Gabriel Faure, Igor Stravinsky and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, as well intricate choreography and dazzling costumes, ‘Jewels’ has become an iconic program.
