She's got us feelin' like we're all about that bass ten years ago... Now, she's pouring out an album that's filled with self-love bops! Meghan Trainor is set to release her newest LP "Timeless" on June 14. Giving fans a taste of what to expect, she dropped its first single "Been Like This" featuring T-Pain, a collab we never knew we always wanted. Celebrating a new era as she ticks off a goal off of her bucket list, Trainor is kicking off her newest headlining trek, "The Timeless Tour".

The surprise collaboration was actually a surprise itself for Trainor. Manifesting a collab with T-Pain in the making of her album, little did she know, her husband had it all planned out... a surprise the boys have been working on "for months" for her birthday. "She’s been a fan of mine for a long time and the feeling is definitely mutual," T-Pain shared in a statement. "I think we came together in a way that’s a perfect mesh of styles that will get everybody ready for us to work together again real soon. T-Pain and M-Train, the collab you never knew you wanted but needed."

We mentioned that she's been manifesting this for quite a while now... In an interview with Audacy, it seems that T-Pain was an inspiration in creating the album, even though she didn't know he'd be on board. "Every song I wrote I needed it to be likable, I need to know, ‘oh T-Pain could be on this song… if that makes sense,’" she explained.

Driven and determined, she took everything to heart. "I just knew going into it this album... like I will not finish this album without a T-Pain duet," she told Audacy. Letting her inspiration take the lead, the stars all aligned. Now, we've got one heck of a banger with "Been Like This". But wait, there's more! T-Pain is also appearing in another track on the album. "So I won twice, and I’m so excited."

It's been ten years since she shook the world with "All About That Bass", bagging a Grammy Nomination for Song of the Year and a couple of other accolades, Meghan Trainor marked her reign as an emerging queen in the land of pop. A payback to the labels that rejected her because of her unique sound, she garnered a roster of hits by staying true to herself. "I stopped chasing radio and what I thought people wanted to hear and just wrote what I enjoyed," she shared with Rolling Stone about her "Takin' It Back" album.

Teasing her upcoming LP "Timeless", "This album is a party, upbeat, fun, happy, loving yourself. It has the most self-love anthems I’ve ever heard on an album," she told Audacy.

Now, don't miss out on her massive celebration happening at The Timeless Tour by booking your tickets now!
